Helping the Black Country to move more

imin, together with partners Played, have secured a 2 year agreement to work with Active Black Country (ABC), the active partnership, on their new physical activity campaign called Black Country Moving. With the Commonwealth Games coming to the West Midlands this summer, there has been an influx of investment and interest in getting more people active in the region. ABC sought technology partners who could help them rapidly deliver a physical activity search/book and wayfinding platform - not just helping people to be active, but also to understand active travel options in order to reach the activity location.

They also selected the imin/ Played partnership for our deep OpenActive expertise, both in using open data but also in facilitating, managing and implementing provider outreach to get more providers in the region to open up their data.
